Phantom - Concealed door hinge

The concealed door hinge is a three-part, single axle door hinge secured by a screw for flush doors opening outwards and inwards. There are no unsightly elements visible when the door is closed. Even for opened doors the hinge looks extremely sleek thanks to the integrated cover.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Depending on the profile: customised development.
  • Vent weights up to 250 kg (with 4 hinges and depending on the profile).

  • Maximum opening angle: between 95° and 105°.
  • Consists of a frame part with an integrated cover and a vent part.
  • Finishes:
    - available as standard in black and natural anodisation.
    - powder coating in more than 450 RAL colours on request.
  • Tested and approved:
    - Burglar resistance: Suitable for RC2 configuration as a standard.
    - Corrosion resistance: class 5
    - Cycle test: > 500,000 cycles = lifelong intensive use.

Eurohinges 2D and 3D

The Eurohinges 2D and 3D are: two-part and three-part clampable door hinges respectively for sections fitted with a eurogroove. The Eurohinge is suitable for rebated doors which turn inwards and outwards. The concealed fixture gives a sleek finish.

    - Meets the European standard.
    - Corrosion resistance: class 4
  • Optional: security pins as additional security against burglary.

Rollenband

The Rollenband door hinge is a three-part door hinge for sections without the eurogroove. The Rollenband hinge is suitable for flush doors which turn inwards and outwards. These hinges are section-related and developed on request.

Security pins

The security pin is a component with one or more pins for additional security.

STRENGTHS

  • Durable: manufactured from corrosion-resistant materials: aluminium, stainless steel.

 

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Installation on the hinge side.
  • Functions as an anti-lift device: the pin prevents up and down movement of the vent in relation to frame and prevents the vent being lifted out.
  • The anti-burglary pin prevents the frame and the vent from being pressed together.
  • Tested and approved:
    - Short security pins: SKG** approved.
    - Long security pins, with or without clamping plates: SKG*** approved.
