Sobinco is growing strongly and that's why we need your expertise! Together with our team in Belgium you will be working on the latest fittings for aluminum windows and doors.
To expand our R&D department in Poland we are looking for a Mechanical Designer.
Together with your colleague and the team in Belgium, you are responsible for the design of our products. You follow your own project closely from the very beginning, the concept, to the production process itself. You can follow the entire design process internally through our full vertical integration. You will use your analytical skills, advanced technical knowledge and creative mind on a daily basis.
Concretely, you create and work out new designs, sketch in 3D and consult the mechanical designers in Belgium if necessary.
You already have experience with remote collaboration. You can easily communicate in English, organize consultation moments when needed and monitor the quality of the project.
Collaboration, communication, analysis and result-orientation are key to making this a success.

Profiel
- Min. Bachelor level in a technical direction;
- Strong technical insight;
- Experience in our branch (fittings windows & doors) and fine mechanical design is a must-have;
- Communication skills;
- Creative & enthusiastic;
- Analytical mind;
- min. 5 years of experience as a mechanical designer;
- min. 2 years of experience with remote collaboration (head office abroad);
- PLM Experience is an advantage
- Fluently English;
