Fast assembly

A great benefit with Sobinco’s products is the speed at which the hardware can be installed.

In the development of new products, a lot of attention is paid to the way the product will be applied. We always strive to make this as quick and easy as possible. Drilling and milling are eliminated or at least, reduced to a minimum.

A good example of this is with the Chrono hardware. This applies for both visible and non-visible (= concealed) hinges. The biggest advantages are:

• a revolutionary rod connection system
• special toothed connections between the different components
• the final connection piece is clipped over the fork of the handle
• clamping wedges positioned with jigs
• pre-assembled components and screws
• non-handed mishandling device incorporated in the corner transmission
• clip to fix the main corner transmission
• single wedge for both locking point and mishandling device
• single wedge for both locking point and anti-lift pin
• ease of access to fixing and adjustment screws
• drilling and sawing is in many cases no longer necessary
