Clampable hinges

  • 2-part and 3-part clampable eurohinge for open in and open out rebated doors with eurogroove with frame groove 14/18 mm.
  • Vent weights:
    - 2-part hinge: up to 120 kg
    - 3-part hinge: up to 180 kg (with 4 hinges and dependent on the profile)
  • Fully concealed fixing and easy assembly: no cut-out and drilling operations.
  • All adjustments are possible without disassembling the door vent, but with unscrewing the fixing screws.
  • Adjustment range:
    - 2-part hinge:
       - height adjustment: continuous +/- 4 mm
       - horizontal adjustment: not-continuous, +1.5 mm to -2.25 mm
    - 3-part hinge:
       - height adjustment: continuous +/- 4 mm
       - horizontal adjustment: not-continuous, +/-1.5 mm
       - gasket pressure adjustment: continuous, 0 to -0.8 mm
  • The main advantage of this adjustment is that there is no offset between the frame part and the vent part during adjustment. In other words, the cylindrical shape of the hinge is preserved.
  • Manufactured from non-corroding materials.
  • Finish: anodised or polyester powder coated in more than 450 RAL colours and stainless steel look.
  • Maintenance-free with high quality synthetic bushes. The hinges must never be lubricated!
  • If required the hinges can be provided with security pins to provide additional security against forced entry.

 

Face fixed hinges

  • Universal 2-part and 3-part door hinges for aluminium doors.
  • The hinges can be used for both open in and open out doors.
  • The hinges combine high functionality, user-friendliness and high security with an aesthetic design.
  • Certified in accordance with CE, KOMO and SKG.
  • Maximum vent weight: 120 kg (2-part), 160 kg (3-part).
  • Simple assembly with direct screwing or assembly with clamping plates.
  • 3-dimensional adjustment with only one allen key after installation of the door.
     - height adjustment: continuous, -1 mm to +4 mm
     - horizontal adjustment: continuous, +/-3 mm
     - gasket pressure adjustment: continuous, +/-1.25 mm
  • Support pins prevent the frame part and the vent part dropping.
  • Clip-on cover caps which are also secured by a screw.
  • Higher security against burglary by a security pin when the hinges are mounted externally.
  • Manufactured from non-corroding materials.
  • Finish: anodised or polyester powder coated in more than 450 RAL colours.
